Try chair yoga and strength, a restorative and functional approach that's user-friendly, low impact, and requires minimal equipment. It's also a great way to make friends and get moving.

 Yoga blocks and exercise bands are helpful to bring but not mandatory.

 Presenter Information:  Jacqueline Dumont-For 20+ years I have taught fitness in a group or in a one-on-one setting. My purpose and passion is to deliver a safe and effective exercise experience regardless of level of fitness, experience or ability.
