Computer Workstations
Computer workstations with internet access are available at all RPL locations.
Computer workstations with internet access can be used for up to two (2) hours per person per day.
Some workstations may be reserved for specific dates and times.
Reservations require:
- a valid Regina Public Library card (or valid identification for non-residents).
- an agreement to follow the library’s Internet Access Policy.
Reserve a computer workstation online, in branch, or by calling 306-777-6000.
Accessible Workstations
Accessible workstations are equipped with:
- Adjustable heights
- Screen reader software
- Screen magnification software
- High contrast keyboards
- Print magnifiers
- Scanners/readers
- Internet access

Children's Computers with Magic Desktop
Large touchscreen computers with child-friendly keyboards and software that is specially designed to provide age-appropriate digital interaction with thousands of engaging activities, games, and videos that are both fun and educational for children between 2-12 years old.

Laptops
Laptops must remain in-branch at all times. They are available at:
Laptops can be used for up to four (4) hours per person per day and must remain in-branch at all times.
Laptops are not bookable and are dispensed on a first come, first served basis.
Laptops must remain in-branch at all times and require:
- a valid Regina Public Library card (or valid identification for non-residents).
- an agreement to follow the library’s Internet Access Policy.
Tablets
Tablets must remain in-branch at all times. They are available at:
- Tablets can be used for up to two (2) hours per borrowing session and must remain in-branch at all times.
- One person (with a library card) may borrow one tablet at a time.
- Customers may borrow a tablet again after their session is completed and the previous tablet returned.
Tablets are not bookable and are dispensed on a first come, first served basis.
Tablets must always remain in branch and require:
- a valid Regina Public Library card (including educational accounts).
- an agreement to follow the library's Internet Access Policy.
Personalized digital profiles (adult, teen, child) with content tailored to each age group.
Wireless Internet WiFi
Wireless Access is available at all RPL locations. No Library card or access code is needed.
