Viktoriia Logosha immigrated to Canada from the Ukraine in 2010. She grew up in Western Ukraine where she learned to cook traditional dishes from her grandmother. She brings with her knowledge and experience preparing various authentic Ukrainian dishes. Viktoria loves to share her creations with family and friends who praise her skills and often remark on her ability to magically cook something from scratch. Today she will share with you a dish that is traditional to many European countries but her experience and some helpful tips and tricks to creating authentic cuisine that will bring people together.​
